Fuck whoever designed these two buttons in MS Excel. I can never remember or deduce which one increases or decreases the number of decimal places.
If you ignore the arrow and treat the top row as "before" and the bottom row as "after", it kinda makes sense. But the arrow is just completely illogical and misleading, what is it even pointing to in the left one?

@cato It's not pointing to anything, it's indicating how the decimals seperator will move (as numbers are right aligned).
Adding decimal places makes the seperator move left, to fit more digits to the right. Removing decimal places makes the seperator move right, to keep right alignment.
