i dont want push notifications, i dont want calls from random numbers without caller id, i want my phone to be completely still and silent until i ask it to speak

like idk push notifs stress me out, the only notifs i get are from calls or my calendar. idk why every app thinks i want them on by default. do people really leave notifs on for everything? am i weird for this? it just sounds so overwhelming.

@swiftyshq i stopped using push notifs for any social apps (besides DMs on things like discord etc) a long time ago and its soooo peaceful. idk why people want their phone buzzing every time they get a like on twitter dot com

@swiftyshq i love having push notifs turned off everywhere and only checking my notifications when i want to instead of constantly being bombarded by them

I need some me time too, the idea of being online 100% of the time feels so exhausting

@swiftyshq So deeply agreed with all of this. If my phone makes an Unpermitted Noise it goes in phone hell (permissions removed but angrily).
