Severus_SnapeYSK that people who want to tax cyclists are complete morons. A bicycle would need to travel on a road 160,000 times to cause as much wear and tear as a single motor vehicle trip.
And that leaves out all the other externalities where a car also has overwhelmingly greater negative impact than a bicycle.
