Anyone who’s been a medium- or long-term vegetarian with #MCAS tried a DAO supplement?

How did it go digestion wise? Was it helpful?

i take vegan dao before my afternoon and evening meals (i'd do breakfast too, but i can't afford the dao).

it's not a huuge improvement, but i definitely notice when i stop taking it: i get more poundy heart and flushing, more nausea after eating, more neuropsych symptoms after meals too (i get this weird stomach ache that's accompanied by an intense feeling of self loathing ...) (but i don't get it with the dao)

so for me, it's definitely worth it: one of the few supplements that actually has a noticeable positive effect.

@moonrabbit wait I think I found a non-EU one!!

ha sorry, i missed all of this last night but hooray! mine is the naturdao.

but yeah re the neuropsychological stuff, YES. if affects so, so much. (do you have a link to he study, by any chance?)
between MCAS and inflammation and my autonomic stuff, i'm a mess most of the time 🫠

i hope the dao works for you 🍀
