What are good payment options for digital products?

Many companies make it easy to open accounts and give them your data, but then they arbitrarily freeze funds or suspend accounts after they have your identity, access to your bank account and customers.

I haven't been burned yet because I've been reluctant to use any. Are there any decent payment gateways?
