David Ruffner

I really enjoyed the Community Leadership Summit at the All Things Open conference in Raleigh NC. They used the unconference approach where the participants came up with topics. Then people choose which discussions to join. It worked very well and there were a lot of interesting conversations.

I created a topic about sociocracy and open source. I was a little nervous, but it went well. A small group of us had a nice chat about it.

I really liked that point. It's a good reminder that losing openess to change is a warning sign.

It came up in a discussion about Agile in the Open at the Community Leadership Summit at the All Things Open conference.
