so i've installed windows 11 on what is the least compatible with windows 11 computer i own (4GB of ram, Pentium T4600, HDD, non-UEFI BIOS) and it (barely) works

also there's an install of windows 2000 still on this hard drive

it doesn't boot anymore but that's not all that surprising

i shrank 11's partition to 100 gigs and 2000 works now

and i have enough space to make this a tri-boot

i’ve made it infinitely worse

and still have 5 gigs free

any suggestions?

somewhat unrelated: i actually kinda like the windows 10 technical preview start menu

it feels like a fusion of the 7 start menu and the windows 8 start screen

(why didn't they keep this in 10 again?)

windows 2000 must never learn of the third hundred gigs on this laptop HDD

(it'll crash if the HDD has more than 200 gigs used)

i've accidentially turned my tri-boot into a quad-boot by duplicating the windows technical preview while trying to get windows 2000 to agree to boot again
