@arthurbridges issue was i had was i had put my phone on silent for a meeting, and was so engrossed I missed like 3 texts from my wife (despite being in the same house but anyways), and it struck me just how long I hadn't moved.
Its been tough to be motivated to anything lately, so while this is a good sign, i wish it were even slightly more productive.
