@dankmane who cares? This award basically legitimates Machado’s support for the US sending Trump’s military to Venezuela. This brings Venezuela closer to civil war. This is a peace prize serving war, serving the far right and doing harm!

If you demand someone say it: It would make insular US MAGA voters fell better if Trump had won the Nobel peace prize

But for everyone else in the world with a view beyond the border of the US there were billions of better choices than a right wing Trump ally

Giving the prize to a Trump ally might do more damage in the long run by strengthening international right wing networks

Trump will rise or fall at home with or without this prize
