And to the content of the questions:
I'd say the first one is a linguistic one (does "I" include my body or just consciousness?);
The second one is a clear yes (you can't wonder if you exist without being here to wonder in the first place), but could lead to the more complicated "is anything real or is there just me?". I'd say things are still real, at least in terms of being your real impressions
