The obvious answer here is: light! Plenty of bright light, from all directions...

But for me also: tunes... but just something with a beat, a bit of the old #DoofDoof... I like Radio 1 Dance because it delivers beatz without news. I hate radio news, it is such a horrible context switch... I wish R6M had a new-free version. (I keep meaning to hack something up that mutes it, not got around to that yet.) ...

Aside from that I listen to various "work mode" mixes from YouTube, I like Miss Monique, HANA, and YOUNA, but also just click through a lot of any old crap on there but these days I try hard to find something that's hopefully somewhat real and not GenAI crap, in fact if I don't know the channel/source I default to things 5+ years old instead so I don't give clicks/time to the AI stuff. (Sadly I think there are definitely cases where I wouldn't be able to tell for the sort of lo-fl/cyber/trancey/etc crap that works well as "background".)

Guilty pleasure: happy hardcore (Kat's fault) and even some nightcore.

OK, kinda went off on one a bit there lol... I think I may have answered some whole other question by mistake.
