And I observed the stark impact of fiscal measures ("bijtelling") around year's end.
Plus many countries have a large share of non-plugin hybrids while some others negligible (#NL).

En what happened in #Latvia where all new non-plugin hybrids seem to have become petrol (perhaps no longer counting them as a separate category for fiscal reasons)?
