Any #RF experts in here? Ordered 10 #GNSS / #GPS antennas from Digikey, 5 of them look like the one on the top, but the other 5 have a notch that doesn't look right. Could it be the result of some kind of antenna adjustment/calibration, or should I open a ticket?

That looks like each antenna is calibrated individually. And one was perfect from the production line. This is good!

I see those calibration etches a lot on microwave filters. When you see them, you know the resonance is exact and can be verified.

@doragasu This is an argument for one of two things:
+ Make the raw factory antenna longer, so that a calibration notch is always required.
+ Add a visible indicator, such as an ink dot, when calibration reveals that no notch is required.
