Philip J. HollenbackI've noticed that at my company newly hired principal and distinguished engineers are generally remote. The company policy does allow this for senior staff and above. I'm curious if that is a general perk now of being a very high ranking ic? Also will we end up in a world where all the tank and file is in the office and all the non-management leadership is not?
Theo Schlossnagle@philiph that doesn't seem sustainable to me. But, whatever we do end up with will look quite different than what we there before aside from fully remote companies
