@TheEddieShow I have a recipe for Danish dumplings which I loved so much that my great aunt Ellen wrote it out by hand for me to take when I left for Oregon. It has times of day (early) for starting the stock, the day before, and then comments about Danish sleeping habits, variants based on what spouses preferred. Such a sweet parting gift.
