@dhuyvetter Although I always liked Audre Lorde, I was surprised to learn while reading some of her work that she checked in to a "homeopathic" hospital in Switzerland when she had cancer. I don't understand why otherwise insightful and thoughtful people fall prey to this nonsense. I've had others who, while talking to me, made clear they had no idea at all what "naturopathic," or "chiropractic" really is which is to say, merely people performing an act as if they had some medical ability or training which they do not.
