What sense does it make to mobilize the US Navy against tiny Venezuelan fisher boats?
No sense at all, unless the objectives are not to destroy only drugs but to conquer OIL!!! Venezuela has one of the biggest maritime oil reserves in the world.

US strikes another boat off Venezuela coast, killing four, Defense Secretary announces
