Today I finished setting up my #halfbike and took it around town (after some training on a parking lot). The gears seem to be very high, I only rode the lowest gear and still had troubles on slight slopes. I think I have to look into replacing the chain wheel with a smaller one - if the gear hub can handle a lower ratio....
