Won't do because it's a system feature.
And I don't think it would be useful, it's like pissing to the sea, unless you can make this happen in a very VERY large scale en masse.

I manage my phone, my wife one, my patents and hers, so it is already 6 devices.....
An many are in my situation.
So a lot of devices cold be done......
+ 3 kids in next year's....

By "very VERY large scale" I mean millions, at the very least.
