Work so far: i had the same complainer 2 days on a row almost in my exit time off something out of my control ( keep a door open when i'm only asked to open doors on demand). People came, drop a info bomb and go, students tell me about their lifes, i've control off the pinpon table, cleaners are the BEST and know everything, some cathedratics are extra moody...
