@MAKS23 maybe "warning" the farthest EU country from ruZZia isnt that great an idea. Much is not done, and cannot be done, because many still think about it as far away war that does not impact them. Once those people clue in, things are gonna change and not the way ruZZia wants
When you threaten somebody two things can happen: they get scared or they get pissed off. After these years of war the second one is more likely
