Piefed is more like Slide or one of the other alternative Reddit clients

Yeah it’s basically like Lemmy and it’s interoperable with Lemmy and Mbin.

Maybe just imagine them as different ways to view the same content and the each offer their own features.

But essentially they are the Reddit replacement of the fediverse.
