Hey #Canada question about specific propaganda you might have encountered in the mouths of family and acquaintances who are in or around the proverbial "rabbit hole" of Facebook and such
We live in Manitoba, @lakelaur is from Kenora, her sister lives in Winnipeg, and we keep encountering stories about "the cat girl" in local schools.
The story is always about some little girl who identifies as a cat being afforded extreme accomodation from school officials, such as being allowed to use a litterbox, and in one story, she was grooming herself very loudly and distracting a boy who was trying to studiously do his schoolwork like an exemplary lad.
From what I can tell, there is no documentary evidence of this cat girl, through we know there are cat people in the world, and I mean, sometimes I have to bark and meow and roar on the bus. I have kindergarten kids up front. If a kid hands you a toy phone, I don't care about your thousand yard stare, you answer that phone you bastard and you be NICE to the lady on the other end.
But anyways, curious about this cat girl. We heard it from our neighbours happening in a Gimli school, whereas my Father In Law in Kenora told of it happening there. My Sister in law's friend, for her it happened in that bastion of liberalism, Fort MacMurray, Alberta.
I think she's another This Man from the depths of their most terrifying and lurid fantasies about Wokeism, and I think she has her origins on Facebook, in some paid-for campaign.
Have you heard about the Cat Girl?
