The saga of DHL's incompetence continues with their attempted delivery [sic] of my latest parcel. I mentioned it before, I suspect, but it has progressed since then. A parcel they promised would be delivered on Monday, 22 September 2025, and then promptly lost.
It took an official complaint to wake them up, and even then it took another two days before there was any reaction.
And where are we now? A promise the parcel will be delivered to my local post office today. But...
