@wlaatje @wlaatje I believe the EU-Parliament formulated already in '23 a clear stance against chat control. If my understanding is correct, it’s the Council, the individual member states, under the current lead of Denmark pushing for mass surveillance, now. In the case of Germany it might be wiser to look at Dobrindt and Hubig than at Brussels
