You can find lots just searching for wet felting, I can’t make a better video than a lot of the stuff out there. It’s all just different variations of:

Lay down wool

Pour hot water and soap on wool

Rub

They’re soft to touch but hold their shape. The white/black was just done with random plastic shapes in the middle layers.
