It's cylindrical from Mars picture because they stacked pictures together to check for revolutions if any. Obviously no tumbling detected that's almost impossible for something billions of years old...

Demand we see images in real time. Waiting for pictures seems to cheapen the results.

Not possible to turn body in that speedy object.
