@jeffjarvis Nice interview, Jeff! Agreed that Kimmel was perfect last night.

Stern's exasperation with politics is oddly comforting to hear. In many ways, we just have to wait it out like McCarthyism. But let's enjoy Kimmel's triumph today.

I may be too old to say this. But the late night talk show model is perfect & will never die. It's cheap and consistently gets good ratings. It allows us at home to breathe & laugh at the end of the day. This class of hosts is masterful at conversation.

@jeffjarvis Also I watched the entirety of Kimmel's show last night including the ads (via YouTube TV) even the ho-hum Sarah McLaughlin song at the end. It's my small way of tilting whatever metrics get back to the network honchos.
