@luis_felipe @csantosb I bought three items, which was shipped in three different shipments for some reason.
So instead of 0.78 € customs + 4.22 € fee = 5.0 €.
I pay 0.78 € customs + 3x4.22 € fee = 13.44 €.
If possible, ship the order in one shipment rather than one per item.

For what it's worth, as a content designer, I profit from item sales, but don't have any control over orders, product printing, shipping or billing, which are managed by Spring. I also don't have access to client information.
