Statue of #Trump & #Epstein holding hands placed on #NationalMall

A spray-painted bronze statue titled “#BestFriendsForever” that depicts Trump & #JeffreyEpstein holding hands was placed on the National Mall in front of the US Capitol early Tuesday. The work is the latest in a series of politically charged sculptures critical of Trump that have been placed in Washington & elsewhere by an anonymous group of artists.

The National Park Service issued a permit for the sculpture that allows it to remain on the Mall until 8 p.m. Sunday. The purpose for the artwork stated on the permit application is “to demonstrate freedom of speech & artistic expression using political imagery.”

The 12' tall statue—made mostly of foam & wire, but painted bronze—is accompanied by 3 plaques. The middle plaque reads “In Honor of Friendship Month: We celebrate the long-lasting bond between President Donald J. The statues seemed to have struck a nerve within the #Trump admin, as they responded almost as quickly as the statues were erected.

Additionally, the #Trump admin has not been transparent. The overwhelming majority of the “thousands of pages of documents” the #DOJ released on #Epstein were already mostly public information. It’s clear that these paltry excuses from Trump aren’t going to make any of this go away.

Saw some nonsense video on Substack by Qanon how trump was the first to call out Epstein before anyone, which may be true. Doesn't matter. He probably did it as revenge for "stealing" his girl.
Of course, it doesn't talk about trump and his frequent visits to the island and all of the things trump has said in all his self-implications. It was more concerned with the other powerful people involved.
They don't get that we don't care about party lines. Imprison all of them.
