@Steeph Unfortunately, in #Denmark we have a government that thinks mass-surveillance is not surveillance and that people must give up the notion of privacy being a right.
It's paradoxical to say the least.
I would not count on danish politicians to fight this. We must look to other more sensible countries, for this.
@Steeph I'm afraid we need to keep fighting our whole life for this kind of non sense. Even if this chat control won't pass, govements will try to come up with the same idea not long from now.
History will repeat itself. So it will not be the first or the last time this kind of privacy invasive methods will be proposed "to protect the children".
@Steeph also these member states have no technical knowledge what so ever, and thus have no idea what they are actually voting for.
Breaking encryption it like a big no no. And technically unfeasible.
