As Rep Crocket points out, only 2 of the 58 Dems who voted "NO" on the Charlie Kirk resolution are white (Molten-MA, Quigley-IL) & CBC condemned the resolution.

The Dem Base is Black women, Black men, & broadly people of color—and the majority of Democrats ignored them to honor a known racist, xenophobe, & misogynist. Smh.

This is not a winning strategy. It’s a base alienation strategy.

I can understand a Democrat opting to abstain, but to vote for a fucking fascist who regularly attacked them and, more importantly, their voters?
