Depends on if the follower and interactor is bridged by following the official account on Fedi.
Bridged (e.g. my account): you get follows, likes, replies on Bsky from the interactor's bridged Bsky account. Bsky may decide to not count those towards the counters, because control or whatever.
Non-bridged: The interactions stay on Fedi. But they are developing a feature to inform you of those interactions with Fedi links attached.
Non-bridged (cont'd): Still, your non-bridged follower can get your bridged posts on their timeline, and are able to boost them to other Fedi users. Depending on the policies of each instance (whether they mute the Bridgy Fed instance or not), the boosts appear on the timelines of those other Fedi users.
