George ChamI purchased the new Apple Watch series 11 and have set it up. However, the speech output a voice is very soft. I have looked everywhere in settings but I cannot find how to increase the voice of volume. Any ideas?
@bulldog Hi George, do a two finger double tap hold and then push your fingers up on the screen to increase volume or down on the screen to decrease volume. Alternatively if you do a two finger rotate on the rotor, you should have volume settings there as well.
@Woody I’ve done that, I have reported the issue to Apple accessibility and it appears that I’m not the only one who’s having the same problem. They suggest that I’d take it back to the store for an exchange and order to try out the other watches. It may be a software issue not sure.

@Woody Still got the series 8, they may just exchange it and give me a new watch. But the advisor said if I can to try out the watches at the store.
@Woody Just tryed the two finger double tap and hold and go up and the volume increased. I also paired the series 8 but have not upgraded upgraded it to 26 yet. Now I can go in and exchange the 8
