Adrianna Tan@ai6yr I just saw a documentary about this. It’s a very strong flavor but it’s meant to be eaten like anchovies, balanced with something else. I would do it in the right context (as part of a visit to the country, perhaps in visiting certain restaurants as part of the festival that celebrates it).
