Deutsche Bahn looking at this realizing they can still make it worse
@kaia Swiss Clockwork meme still strong I see

Also France looking at this would also realize they can be a lot worse.
@kaia
cc: @meso being lucky if the train even makes it to the final destination
@kaia it's because of privatisation. they should nationalise DB.
@kaia ... UK is not even in the list 😬
@kaia Slovenia, my country — where time is just a suggestion.
@Mandala @kaia And even Germany can't beat us in being the worst, ha, take that, Germans!
@kaia Slovenian Trains most likely are exactly as punctual as the German ones but they don't cheat the statistics. 🙃
@kaia nooo, our trains are punctual, only the schedule is wrong.
@[email protected] is still like that the DB is not counting cancelled trips towards delays? like they did that a while back to make their stats look a bit "nicer"
@puniko @kaia NS does that to a massive degree too tbh
@[email protected] i wonder whether all the operators are using the same definition of punctuality. for reference, here in ireland--not included in the table--iarnrod eireann counts intercity trains as on time if they are delayed by 10 minutes or less while in japan--also not included--jr counts them as delayed if they are more than 15 seconds behind the timetable!

@kaia They would be worse would canceled trains be counted.
@kaia They realizing simply NOTHING. They are not interested in this.
@kaia England, Wales and Scotland so bad they're not even on the chart ☠️
@kaia
I like it how Finlands VR is not even on that list.
