However, that's a good pile of plastering laths for the #roundhouse, and while not all of it is good, what won't serve as plastering lath will make excellent kindling.

I haven't installed any completely new lath and plaster. However, I do, from time-to-time, repair some existing stuff in the house. Small repairs with L&P are quite easy, and a lot less work than replacement with boards or overboarding.
