Literally the Constitutional Court decided that all elections and their procedures must be transparent and fully understandable to everyone able to vote in them and require no external auditors or assurances but allow everyone to validate the election and it's integrity.
@hllizi Unlike some "#BananaRepublics" like #Texas ¹²³⁴, #Germany openly welcomes #ElectionMonitoring as key to #transparency in it's #democracy.
- As long as one doesn't tamper with the election process, one's free to observe and record the entire process. Literally counting the number of people entering and the number of ballouts put in the box.
