Rereading The Passion According to G.H. because I feel like I didn't fully appreciate it last time and ranked it below many of the other Clarice reads, and I keep seeing people touting it as one of her best
I wonder if that's because it's also one of her most read because of the more direct reference to Kafka
3 chapters in and the writing is intense as ever. Still requires more concentration when she goes metaphysical (and she does that A LOT)
