ascentressI feel like obfuscating progress bars was a mistake. Even user-friendly app stores communicate *some degree* of installation progress. :(
Aras Pranckevičius@ascentress both of us know why and how this is happening, right. it still sucks, but that’s what happens by default unless someone tries real hard to prevent it from happening
@aras It's one of those instances where knowing why makes it worse, not better. And it feels backwards to have to push for things that are obviously working to *not* be replaced by things that don't. Alas, the best I can do now is rant on socials.
