The U.S. has more people over 62 than under 18, and they have a hard time finding work.

The Trump administration is moving to eliminate the only federal jobs program for low-income older adults, cutting off a key source of training and income for tens of thousands.

All the people over 62 who want to work can just kidnap "workers" under 18 for a living, traffic them to the slave labor camps, seems pretty obvious that's the solution being offered.
