The cool thing about starting a new hashtag is if you do it in CamelCase (capitalising the first letters of each word to assist readers, as you always should), then when Mastodon autofills/suggests it, it will be in CamelCase for everyone.
Try it with one I started:
I know, but it's close enough and camel case is easier to remember because it HasHumps.
That's the whole point: camels have lumps in the middle.
So:
benBlowsCamels = camelCase
BenBlowsPascal = PascalCase
lumpyHumps
Didja ever notice that camels are self-mnemoniced? Dromedaries have one hump; Bactrian have two. (Lay the initial of the name on its back for the appropriate shape.) 😊
