Doctor Who:
My dad (Ian Stuart Black) was one of the first head-writers working in TV in Britain, and when asked to write early Doctor Who storylines, he agreed because I was such a fan (or so he told me). Writing "The War Machines," "The Savages," and a little later "The Macra Terror."
