The original patent from 1891 for a toilet roll shows the correct rolling direction. In case you ever doubted it.

Intended is not the same as correct. This is just an appeal to authority. I have NEVER heard a single reason why this is the correct way to do this. What benefit is there?

@csstrowbridge @Natasha_Jay the only reason to do it otherwise is if you have cats, tho. for this way i also know no arguments

@utf_7 @csstrowbridge @Natasha_Jay Also if there's a toddler in house, it's better to keep it other way to avoid the whole roll being emptied to the floor.

But otherwise I always fix these whenever I spot a paper going against the wall.
