mx. tozka’s tootsAfter a week visiting parents in California, I've made it to my next (amazing) catsit! I won't say the location because I'm pretty sure it'd be easy to find; anyway the homeowners are super friendly and bought me some groceries (and lunch), their apartment is wonderful and their cats are so friendly and cute!
They're previous street cats, but they've acclimated well to living indoors and don't seem to have many neurosis left from outdoor living. One cat has basically claimed my lap and the other one looks at me sadly, so I'm going to have to sit more on the couch than an armchair going forward I think
It's a great location, too. Very walkable, good balance of green and city stuff, and there's fun things to do like symphony concerts and apple tastings, etc. so I think I'll be very happy here for my month+ sit
