Rainbow over the tree because in the other one - the rainbow gets lost and the stones in the foreground dominate.

I'm a bit wobbly between #1 and #3.
But... the bridge seems to be more timeless, not specific for this month to me, so i'd prefer the image with the rainbow and tor for september.
