Divarre here. An official announcement to say I've decided to leave The Cemetary Girlz.

I joined after producing the first album, stepping in when their original drummer left before a tour. Now over a decade later, it’s time for me to take flight and move on. 1/5 #deathrock #gothicrock #goth #gothic

An immense amount of energy and time went into making this band work as a remote project across countries, though only a fraction made it into official songs. The rest will forever fade like roses. I’m especially proud of the latest album. I was more involved in the writing and arrangement, and even recorded some guitars alongside drums and synths. 2/5
On a more personal level, that record was like a journey through an eternal night. I battled serious hearing issues when working on that album, including hyper sensitivity to sounds, tinnitus and partial hearing loss. Returning to the stage after that felt like breaking a curse. 3/5
I’ve always been more at home behind the scenes, lost in the music or focusing on the technical aspects to make everything work, but the magic of playing live and the connections with all of you turned even the darkest days into pure delight. That meant the world to me and I will remember every single one of you. These echoes will stay with me forever. 4/5
Thank you to everyone I played with over the years, everyone who supported us, and everyone I met along the way. This isn’t goodbye. Just a new chapter for the wanderer that I am. Thanks for the memories. Xavier/Divarre 5/5
