A Brit New Wave/Post-Punk band that had all but zero impact in the US from what I can recall.
I've been deep diving into the discography of bands I'm only familiar with by name and I'm very much liking Japan. A lot of this album sounds very early Duran Duran. David Sylvian has a very Simon Le Bon delivery of his vocals. (At least on this album!)
