This was in the months before its acquisition by a bigger company. I tired of signing documents that no one would ever read as part of a largely performative onboarding process, so I started signing some of them "Abolish Ice." I worked there eleven days until someone actually looked at my documents and thought I might be a bad fit. They were not wrong.
