What is Toinen Kerros?

Toinen Kerros is a community-driven space for sonic art & experimental music in Helsinki.

We aim to make TK a place for community building, co-curation & commoning practices. Non-commercial, non-authoritarian.

So not just a place for gigs, but a low-threshold, community-driven space.
That means the decisions, tasks, and resources are shared within the sonic arts community at large.

Fantastic! Such spaces are needed more than ever! - as this world goes in a differe direction at the moment. These efforts, are very much needed and helpful to keep one strong and sane to find adequate ideas to oppose these threats in daily life and long perspective. All the bste wishes!
